<p>LT<sup>ts</sup>-ECs (panels a-l) or LT<sup>ts</sup>-ECs expressing NES-p44 (panels m-t) were grown at 33°C (1<sup>st</sup> and 3<sup>rd</sup> panels) or 37°C (2<sup>nd</sup>, 4<sup>th</sup>, 5<sup>th</sup>, and 6<sup>th</sup> panels) and immunostained with anti-CK18 (1<sup>st</sup>, 2<sup>nd</sup>, and 6<sup>th</sup> panels) or -p44 (3<sup>rd</sup>, 4<sup>th</sup>, and 5<sup>th</sup> panels). Nuclei were stained with Sytox green.</p
