<p>(A) 1 day prior to the IRE operation, the tumor cells displayed a large nucleus surrounded by a well marked cytoplasm and a well defined cell membrane; (B) 1 day after IRE, obvious tissue necrosis appeared; (C) 3 days after IRE, a continued increase in cellular eosinophilia, vascular congestion and inflammatory cell infiltration was observed (×200).</p
