<p>CHIKV antigen (green fluorescence) detected in the salivary gland from a <i>w</i>Mel-infected mosquito (MGYP2) at 100× (<b>A</b>) and 400× (<b>B</b>) magnification, and from a <i>Wolbachia</i>-uninfected mosquito (Cairns3) at 100× (<b>C</b>) and 400× (<b>D</b>) magnification.
