Changes on cellular apoptosis rate in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells.

<p>The apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry using the Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate/propidium iodide (PI) kit, and the Annexin V-positive, PI-negative cells were scored as early apoptotic. The apoptosis rates estimated in the present study only included the early apoptotic cells which were marked as LR.
