BSO+AUR suppressed Cal-27 tumor growth.

<p>A,B: Athymic (nu/nu) mice bearing Cal-27 xenograft tumors were treated beginning at an average tumor volume of 0.025 cm³ with 450 mg/kg BSO i.p. and/or 1 mg/kg AUR i.p. daily for 10 days. Control mice received 10% ethanol in saline i.p. daily for 10 days. Tumor volume (A) and body weight (B) was measured at day 1, 3, 5, 8, 10 and 12 of treatment.
