Relationship between threshold cycle (C_t) score and West Nile virus (WNV) titer.

<p>Known titers of WNV (CA04 isolate) grown in Vero cell culture were analyzed with an Applied Biosystems 7900 Real-time PCR machine (see <a href="http://www.plosntds.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pntd.0001860#s2" target="_blank">Methods</a> section) utilizing WN1 and WN2 primer/probe sets, C_t scores are shown.
