Expression of TF mRNA and protein synthesis in macrophages in response to treatment with <i>γ-Mtb</i>.

<p>(<b>A</b>) MDMs in 6-well plates were stimulated with γ-<i>Mtb</i> H37Rv (10 µg/ml) or LPS (100 ng/ml) for varying time periods in RPMI complete medium. Total RNA was isolated and subjected to real-time qPCR analysis in triplicates. GAPDH was used as an internal control and data were normalized to the internal control. TF mRNA increase was depicted as fold increase over unstimulated cells (<b>B</b>) Immunoblotting of MDM cell lysates harvested following γ-<i>Mtb</i> H37Rv (10 µg/ml) or LPS (100 ng/ml) treatment for varying times with TF9C3 mAb.
