<p>The concentration of GRP78 used to coat the wells was 30µg/mL. A: Primary antibodies used were PAT-SM6 (lanes 1 and 3), anti-GRP78 (lane 2) and control isotype IgM antibody (lane 4). In lane 3 the initial coating step with GRP78 was omitted. B: Primary antibody used was PAT-SM6. Incubations were performed in 20 mM sodium phosphate buffer with no added NaCl (Lane 5), 140 mM NaCl (lane 6) and 500 mM NaCl (lane 7). C: Primary antibody used was PAT-SM6. Incubations were performed in 20 mM sodium phosphate buffer, 140 mM NaCl at pH values of 6 (lane 8), 7.4 (lane 9) and 8 (lane 10).</p
