Effect of anti-S100A9, TNFα, or isotype control Abs on the LPS-CIA clinical score.

<p>(A) Anti-collagen II Abs were measured in mouse serum 4 h after LPS injection. The results are expressed as µg of IgG Ab/ml of serum. (B) S100A8 and S100A9 expression in arthritic paws.
