Treatment with an orally active PI3Kγ inhibitor inhibits EAE pathogenesis.

<p>EAE was induced in WT mice and these were treated with 30 mg/kg AS605240 or vehicle control by oral gavage beginning on the day of disease onset on a mouse-to-mouse basis.
