<p>Helix α3 of the NFRKB_WHL domain (magenta) is located in the major groove of the DNA upon superposition onto the MecI repressor (cyan, protein and orange, DNA backbone). Helix α4 of NFRKB_WHL does not map to any corresponding helix in MecI repressor and clashes with the DNA.</p
