FH535 inhibited invasion of MDA-MB-231 and HCC38 cells into matrigel.

<p>Filters were coated with Matrigel. FH535 (0.01–1 µM) were added in both cell suspension and type I collagen solution and incubated overnight at 37°C. Antibodies (1 µg/ml) were incubated with cells. Migrated cells were manually counted and expressed as mean +/− S.D.
