Overexpression of SPARC in gastric cancer cells inhibits tumour development and vascularisation in nude mice.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Paraffin-embedded sections of xenografted tumours were used for immunohistochemical analysis of SPARC, MMP-7, VEGF, and CD-31.
