Inhibition of N10K endocytosis.

<p>Monocytes (1×10⁶/ml) were pre-treated in the presence/absence of chlorpromazine (10 µg/ml) for 30 min and subsequently treated in the presence/absence (NS) of b-transferrin (25 µg/ml), b-NC or b-N10K (both 10 µg/ml) for 30 min. After incubation, permeabilized cells were stained with FITC-labelled mAb to biotin and analyzed by FACScan flow cytometry.
