Construction of plasmid pRLuc42R.

<p>The DmpR (1.692 kb) and its promoter (Pr) and operator (Po) were cloned from <i>Pseudomonas sp.</i> CF600. DNA segment was digested with XhoI and Hind III and introduced upstream of the luciferase gene in the pGL3 basic expression vector.
