<p>(<b>A</b>) Equal amounts of brain homogenates from rats of various ages were analyzed by Western blots developed with antibody RL2 and CTD110.6 to detect O-GlcNAcylated proteins. (<b>B</b>) The blots were quantified densitometrically, and the values of each age point were plotted against ages. The data are presented as relative immunoreactivity (mean ± SD, n = 3–10), and the mean values at birth (P0) were defined as 1.0. The age-dependent changes of both RL2 and CTD110.6 immunoreactivity were statistically significant (p<0.05 by ANOVA).</p
