Reactivity of the p24:V3 chimera with anti-V3 mAbs.

<p>Plates were coated with 10 ng of each protein and mAbs were added to each well at indicated titrated concentrations. Cut-off values were considered as 2-fold the optical density observed on the negative controls (p24 proteins).
