<p>(A) Genetic variant within microRNA-126 is not associated with survival times. Kaplan-Meier survival estimates show that there is no association between SNP rs4636297 and survival time in NSCLC patients (<i>P</i> = 0.992). (B). Expression levels of microRNA-126 in NSCLC tissues of three genotypes are similar. MicroRNA-126 expression was determined by quantitative real-time PCR. There was no significant difference among the three genotype groups (<i>P</i> = 0.972).
