<p>Western blotting analysis using anti-synaptophysin was performed to investigate protein levels of synaptophysin (A) following chronic mild stress and the effects of gamma-secretase inhibitor DAPT on Day 28 after ischemia surgery. Real-time PCR was also performed to quantify gene expression of synaptophysin (B) in response to chronic mild stress and the effects of gamma-secretase inhibitor DAPT on Day 28 after ischemia surgery, number of each group = 6.
