<p>This indicates progressively greater and transmural activation of the procollagen α1(I)-GFP reporter after 2 DSS cycles. Both GFP and vimentin positive cells were expanded within mucosa, submucosa and muscularis propria and serosa. However, α-SMA antibodies stained primarily muscularis mucosa and muscularis propria.
