<p>The mRNA expression of ABCB1, ABCC1–6, ABCG2 in SW1116 and SW1116/HCPT cells were measured by Real-time PCR. <b>B.</b> SW1116 and SW1116/HCPT cells were harvested to prepare cell lysates. The lysates were subjected to SDS–PAGE and blotted with antibodies. Levels of ABCG2, phosphorylated JNK (P-JNK), total JNK, phosphorylated c-jun (P-c-jun) and total c-jun were detected.
