CCTη modulates TNF and IL-1β-induced gene expression in a promoter specific way.

<p>HeLa cells were exposed to CCTη or scrambled siRNA for three days and stimulated with <b>A:</b> TNF (10 ng/ml) or <b>B:</b> IL-1β (10 ng/ml) for indicated times. mRNA levels were analyzed by qPCR. Data represent mean relative mRNA levels ± SEM (n≥3).
