IS/RP-induced MKP-3 leads to dephophorylation of ERK1/2.

<p>(a) HUVECs were subjected to IS/RP treatment. The protein levels of ERK1/2, p38, JNK1/2, and GAPDH were detected by immunoblot analysis using indicated antibodies. A representative blot (top) was shown (n = 4).
