<p>Monocytes from non-pregnant (Non-P), normal pregnant (NP), and pre-eclampsia (PE) patients were isolated, seeded onto tissue culture plates, then treated with 100 ng/mL LPS or 5 µg/mL peptidoglycan (PDG) for 24 hours.
