<p>MDSCs (HLA-DR<sup>−</sup>CD33<sup>+</sup>) and CD3<sup>+</sup> T cells were isolated from freshly drawn blood from one normal volunteers (HD), two patients with stage IV cancer (P1 and P2). Percentage of circulating MDSCs from these samples (A). Purified CD3<sup>+</sup> T cells were labeled with CFSE and cultured with or without MDSCs at a ratio of 2∶1 in the absence or presence of anti-CD3/CD28 antibody. After 3 days, cells were harvested and analyzed for CFSE dilition. Graph shows CFSE<sup>+</sup>CD3<sup>+</sup> T cells and the percentage of the cells in division included.</p
