<p>The expression levels of miR-155 in sixty-three samples of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and twenty-one samples of control mucosa were analyzed by real-time PCR.U6 RNA was used as internal control. The relative expression level was determined as 2<sup>−ΔΔCt</sup>. The relative values of miR-155 in LSCC were 4.19±2.39; the values of miR-155 in the control mucosa were 1.01±0.72.
