Knockdown of β-catenin inhibits KLF8 induced HCC cell proliferation.

<p>(A) β-catenin was knockdown in HepG2/KLF8 cells. HepG2/KLF8 cells were transfected with control shRNA (Ctrl shRNA) or β-catenin shRNA. β-catenin levels were detected by immunostaining with β-catenin antibody, α-tubulin as loading control. (B) In vitro growth of HepG2/V cells, HepG2/KLF8 cells, HepG2/KLF8 cells treated with nonsense control shRNA (Ctrl shRNA) or β-catenin shRNA were measured by MTT assays.
