<p>The percentage of G1 phase was increased in cells with TRIM24 knockdown (H1299 and A549, p<0.05), whereas the percentages of S phase (H1299, p<0.05) and G2 phase (H1299 and A549, p<0.05) were decreased in these cells compared with control cells (A). TRIM24 knockdown also induced cell apoptosis in both A549 and H1299 cell lines (B, p<0.05). *p<0.05.</p
