LOS dose-dependently increases MMP-9 secretion in murine macrophage.

<p><b>A.</b> RAW 264.7 cells were cultured in 96 well plates at 1×10⁵/100 µl/well concentration and treated with LOS and LPS with different concentration for 18 h and supernatants were collected. Levels of MMP-9 were determined by ELISA. <b>B.</b> RAW 264.7 cells were seeded as above and treated with LOS at 100 ng/ml concentration. Supernatants were collected at 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours and MMP-9 was quantified by ELISA. Results are representative of at least three independent experiments.
