<p>Purified CD138<sup>+</sup> and CD138<sup>−</sup> cells were incubated with mouse anti-human TRAIL receptor R1 and R2 PE-conjugated monoclonal antibodies and analysed by flow cytometry to determine the percentage of labelled cells. The numbers indicate the percentage of receptor-positive cells.
