<p>The methyl ester derivatives of total (free and esterified) fatty acids (FAMEs) were prepared from EgAgB and HCF lipid fractions and then analysed by GLC. The graphic shows the relative abundance of identified components calculated as the percentage of each fatty acid referred to the total content. In the cases where the resolution of two components was partial, their abundances were taken together (i.e. 16∶1(n-7/9) refers to the content of 16∶1(n-7) y 16∶1(n-9)). The values correspond to the mean ± std of two batches of EgAgB and HCF of bovine and human origin.</p
