Kinetic parameters of OATP1B1 wild-type and its mutants for high concentrations of E-3-S.

<p>Uptake of E-3-S was measure at concentrations of 5 µM, 20 µM, 50 µM and 100 µM at a 1-min interval for OATP1B1 and its mutants. Transport kinetic values were calculated using the Eadie-Hofstee transformation. The results shown are means ± S.E. (<i>n</i> = 3). Asterisks indicate values significantly different (<i>p</i><0.05) from that of OATP1B1 wild-type.
