<p>Splenocytes were harvested from DO11.10 mice. They were pre-treated with or without 100 nM rapamycin for 48 hours. Then, these cells were cultured in the presence of OVA for additional 72 hours. Apoptosis of DO11.10 splenocytes was detected by MitoCapture assay (Representative image of the cells from 3 individual mice in each group) (A). In addition, 24 hours after OVA stimulation, total RNA was collected from cultured DO11.10 splenocytes, and Mouse Apoptosis PCRarray was performed to compare the change of anti-apoptotic gene expression between control and rapamycin treated cells (The data represent the mean of 3 independent experiments with total 3 mice in each group).</p
