HO-1 mRNA and protein expressions in CCA cells.

<p>(<b>A</b>) The basal mRNA expression of HO-1 in CCA cells; KKU-100 and KKU-M214 cells. Total RNA of cells were collected and analysed by real-time RT-PCR. The bars represent relative expression of HO-1 normalized with β -actin. The expression of HO-1 in KKU-100 cells is much higher than that of KKU-M214 cells, p<0.05. (<b>B</b>) The basal protein expression of HO-1 in KKU-100 and KKU-M214 cells. Total cell lysates were prepared and subjected to Western blot analysis using β-actin as a loading control.
