<p>High five cells were infected with rBAC-VP2, rBAC-VP7, or rBAC-NS1 and the expression of the proteins was analysed at 24, 48 and 72 hours by western blot using a mouse polyclonal antibody against BTV-4. The position of the three proteins is indicated by an arrow.
