<p>The percentage of CD4<sup>+</sup>CD127<sup>low+/−</sup>FoxP3<sup>+</sup>-Tregs of total CD4<sup>+</sup>-T cells was estimated in healthy non-transplanted volunteers (▴), in kidney transplant patients with stable transplant function (♦) and in kidney transplant patients with biopsy proven rejection (BPR), (•). The percentage of CD4<sup>+</sup>CD127<sup>low+/−</sup>FoxP3<sup>+</sup>-Tregs decreased continuously after transplantation. Significant differences between rejecting and non-rejecting patients were not detected.</p
