<p>RT-PCR analysis the mRNA levels of PAX6, SOX1, PPAR, GATA4, FOXA2, SOX17 and NESTIN in the EBs from the control group (a) and from iPS cells treated with 100 nM maxadilan (b). iPS cells that were not pretreated with maxadilan served as the control.
