<p>A: C4-2B and PC-3 cells were treated with 100 ng/ml OPG or 10 ng/ml TGF-β for 24 hours. The expression of RANKL and CXCR-4 protein was measured by Western Blot analysis. B and C: RAW246.7 (B) and hFOB1.19 (C) cells in lower chambers were co-cultured with C4-2B (C4), PC-3 (PC), ARCaPM (M) and ARCaPE (E) prostate cancer cells in upper chambers for 48 hours. Western Blot analysis was conducted to measure the expression of osteoclast or osteoblast markers in RAW264.7 or hFOB1.19 cells.</p
