Teratoma formation from miPS cells cultured on GA-MEFs.

<p>After seven passages on GA-MEFs, miPS cells were collected and injected subcutaneously into the testis of 7-week-old BDF1 mice, to induce the formation of teratomas. Four weeks after injection, teratomas were fixed, sliced, and stained with HE. Scale bars, 100 µm.
