T6FA inhibits Aβ-induced cell death in PC12 cells.

<p>PC12 cells were pretreated with T6FA (2–50 µM) for 30 min, before exposure to Aβ_1–40 (20 µM) or the reverse peptide Aβ_40–1 or vehicle for additional 24 h. The cellular viability was evaluated by phase-contrast microscopy observation (A) and MTT assay (B).
