Vaccination with B16-mBD2 promotes macrophage, NK and T cell infiltration into the melanoma tumors.

Subsequently, mononuclear cells were isolated and stained with anti-F4/80-FITC, anti-CD4-FITC, anti-CD8-FITC and anti-CD3-PE, or anti-NK1.1-PE and anti-CD3-FITC, respectively, followed by flow cytometry analysis.
