Univariate analysis of factors associated with a CTX-M producing <i>E. coli</i> clinical isolates within the first 48 h of hospitalisation in subpopulations of cases (patients with a CTX-M producing <i>E. coli</i> isolate) and controls (C1: patients with a non-ESBL producing <i>E. coli</i> isolate).

<p>Variables presented here comprised those found with a p value (p<0.1) in the comparison between the 33 cases and their controls C1 and those found significant (p≤0.05) in the univariate analysis performed for all cases in comparison with their controls C1.
