<p>Western blot analyses of protein extracts from CD3⁺ T cells stimulated with immobilized anti-CD3 (5 µg/mL) and soluble anti-CD28 (2 µg/mL) in the presence of control Ig or B7-H4.Ig. Representative western blot for the detection of phosphorylated LCK and Zap70. p-LCK and ZAP70 were quantitated by using Bio-Rad Quantity One program. The y-axis was normalized for the loading control. Data represent 3 independent experiments and are expressed as means ± SD from 10–16 mice per group.
