<p>The abundance of various phospholipids is expressed in arbitrary units (A.U.) related to their internal standard and to the cerebellum dry weight (PC, phosphatidylcholine; PE, phosphatidylethanolamine; PI, phosphatidylinositol; PS, phosphatidylserine; SM, sphingomyeline) in 7 WT and 7 Hq individuals. When compared to CD, HFD-fed individuals exhibit significantly higher levels of all the phospholipids in cerebellum except from PC in Hq and SM in WT which are not different between the 2 groups (CD and HFD). The vertical bars represent the range of values from the 10^th to the 90^th percentile; the boxes represent the values from the 25^th to the 75^th percentile; the horizontal lines represent the median value.
