<p>A) TIME cells or primary human dermal microvascular cells were either mock- or KSHV-infected, and allowed to establish latency for 48 hours. Relative abundances of integrin β3 mRNA were analyzed by one-step real-time RT-PCR. B) 48 hours post-infection mock- or KSHV-infected TIME cells were harvested and cell lysates were separated by SDS-PAGE and stained with an antibody to integrin β3.
