<p>Mice were immunized i.n. or s.l. with 3M2eC (10 ug) plus CT (2 ug) on days 0 and 14 and challenged by i.n. administration of A/CA/04/09 (H1N1) 5 weeks after the last immunization. (A) Virus titers in the lung tissue at day 5 after challenge were determined in embryonated chicken eggs. (B) Body weight was monitored daily after the viral challenge.
