Effects of capric acid on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide (NO) production.

<p>RAW264.7 cells were incubated with 1 µg/ml of LPS in the absence or presence of 1 mM capric acid for 12, 18, and 24 hr. The media was harvested 24 hr later and assayed for NO. Data represent the mean ± SEM for three independent experiments. *p<0.05: significantly different from the LPS-treated value.
