LPS samples from equal numbers of bacterial cells (1×10<sup>7</sup> CFU) were loaded in each lane and were analyzed by Tricine-SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis on a 14% (w/v) acrylamide gel followed by silver staining.
