AT7519 promotes resolution of allergic pleurisy <i>in vivo</i>.

<p>(A) Schematic representation of the protocol of the induction of pleurisy and of the treatment with AT7519. Immunized mice were challenged with OVA or PBS and further 24 h and 36 h later, received a systemic injection of AT7519 or vehicle. The number of eosinophils (B), mononuclear cells (C) and total cell counts (D) were assessed 48 h after antigen-challenge. Results are expressed as mean ± SEM of at least five mice in each group.
