<p>Cholesterol and bile acids were quantified in bile in wild-type (open bars) and mdr1ab^-/- (solid bars) 35-week old male mice. Results are expressed as means ± s.e.m of 5 mice. Differences are considered significant when *, <i>p</i><0.05; **, <i>p</i><0.01; ***, <i>p</i><0.001.
